Voice help and guide to operations
Voice help, in the language selected by the Consumer, guides the Consumer himself through all the phases of the order, from choosing the Passport photo format, to taking the photo, up to payment and then printing.
Selection of the passport photo format
Handling of a wide range of formats, both by type of document/ID Card as well as by number of photo thumbnails, for a single print.
Photo shooting and image analysis
Photo analysis with automatic face recognition and application of various photo validation checks, including:
- closed eyes,
- eyes too open,
- look up or down, to the right or left,
- face turned up or down, to the right or left,
- too smiling,
- mouth open,
- incorrect shoulder position,
- presence of glasses,
- etc.
Automatic correction of face tilt angle.
Cropping of the face area according to the specifications of the selected ID type.
Payment handling
Handling of self-service payment which can be made either in cash, with coins and banknotes but with no change return, or by credit card.
Instant passport photo printing
The photo taken and validated after all compliance checks is instantly printed according to the format and type of document selected.
The printout also includes the details of the purchase operation, with the indication, in the case of payment by credit card, of all the details of the transaction.
To double the printing autonomy of the ID-Photo booth, two printers can be used and therefore reduce the frequency of interventions required to refill the print media.
Centralized remote management of alarms, paper left and statistics
The photo booth communicates with a central Cloud system, to transmit information relating to:
- printer malfunction alarms,
- credit card reader malfunction alarms,
- coins and banknotes reader malfunction alarms,
- coins and/or banknotes drawer too full alerts,
- paper shortage alerts,
- data relating to sales transactions.
With the use of a Web Back-Office system, it is possible to monitor the status of the photo booth and produce various statistical reports. The alarms and alerts, in addition to being consultable through the Back-Office, can produce signaling emails to the personnel in charge of surveillance and maintenance of the Photo Booths.
